Dog Friendly Cafe – Outdoor Seating

This place has an amazing view of the island and water! The outdoor setting is really nice, but watch out for the magpies and lorikeets. They’re all over the trees and shade umbrellas, and they’re keeping an eye on your food. Don’t forget to grab the water spray if you’re sitting outside. Oh, and try not to sit next to the tree, it can be a bit nerve-wracking and you won’t be able to enjoy the beautiful view and food.
The staff are super busy, rushing in and out, but don’t worry, the breakfast here is delicious and the coffee is beautiful. When we were there, a lot of people were ordering scones. The staff walked past us with a plate of scones and they looked gigantic and soft and fluffy. We had already eaten a lot, but we definitely want to come back and try it!
Tips
- There’s free parking available! But be prepared to walk up a bit of a hill to get to the top. Also, try to book before, but these guys are pretty popular, so seats fill up fast.
