Dog friendly off leash beach 24/7 in Post Stephens. The locals are super friendly and chill, and the beach is stunning. You’ll get to enjoy the gorgeous views of the bay while your dogs have a blast running, swimming and playing. The sand is soft and white, the water is clean and calm, and the waves are gentle. It’s perfect for small dogs who don’t like big splashes.
But wait, there’s more. We saw black swans in the water. They’re so elegant and beautiful (we’re blown away by them). They were taking a nap on the water, which is something you don’t see everyday.
It was breeze to get to the water, and best place for some family bonding.
Tips
- It has free parking, a children’s playground, BBQ, picnic area and toilets (Day use parking area – No overnight parking or camping).
- There is limited running space when the tide is high, the best time to visit the beach is at low tide. Need to know when the tide is low? Check out here.
